Angela Sargsyan is a Armenian born on the 16th of December, 1982. Angela was a very active young girl and was an avid sports fan from young age. As early as age three she took up swimming as well as figure skating. She continued to figure skate until the age of 13. Angela took up karate immediately after skating. Her progress quickly made her an professional. In 1996 she was the winner of the Armenian Youth Full Contact Karate Championships in Yerevan Armenia.
