Cassandra Monique Batie known professionally as Andra Day is an American R&B and soul musician, actor and songwriter. She has been awarded numerous awards such as the Grammy Award a Children's and Family Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award along with nominations for an Academy Award. Andra Days is a ferocious artist who also writes well. She is not only a master of retro R&B but her roots are blues and gospel jazz. Her debut single Cheers to the Fall (2015) was a top hit on the R&B/hiphop charts. Her contributions in Marshall (2017) have earned her an award including a Grammy Award and Academy Award. Amen (2018), Take Your Troubles go Away (2020) as well as her Golden Globe winning portrayal of Billie Holiday (The United States vs. Billie Holiday 2021) have all contributed to the anticipation for her next album. Born Cassandra Monique Batie in Edmonds Washington Andra Day was raised living in San Diego and its metropolitan region where she sang in churches and attended the School of Creative and Performing Arts. The United States against Billie Holiday is a recording concept about the famous jazz musician. It came out by Day in the year 2019. The same year, she was a part-time actress in a biopic about Holiday's life The United States vs. Billie Holiday (2021). Andi matichak (born on August 25, 1970) is an American actress. She first appeared in the film Halloween as Allyson and was later seen in numerous television shows like Orange Is the New Black (Orange Is the New Black) Park Avenue (666 Park Avenue (666 Park Avenue), Blue Bloods and Orange Is the new black. Andi matichak is an American actress born on 03 May 1994 in Framingham in Massachusetts.
